4th Graders are bringing their Science vocabulary words "to life".

The students in 4-409 are using technology to bring their Science and other curriculum area vocabulary words "to life". They used PowerPoint to incorporate various ways in which to make their science words more understandable. For example: they used WordArt to create their word, ClipArt to insert pictures portraying the word, www.wordcentral.com to cut and paste the definition, students added a definition in their own words providing examples, they inserted text boxes, added frames, changed fonts and font colors, etc.... The students of 4-409 did spectacular job with their Science words. We are now working on our Social Studies vocabulary.
